Project Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is a globally active company specializing in high-temperature and energy-intensive processes for industrial projects. With offices in multiple locations worldwide, including their European headquarters in Vienna, they continue to expand their presence and strengthen their expert team. To support their growing operations, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

Your tasks

• Oversee the development and delivery of projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, timely execution, and scope management.
• Act as the key point of contact for suppliers, clients, and contractors, facilitating smooth project execution.
• Expand and strengthen the network of partners supporting project development.
• Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

Your profile

• A proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Fluent in English.
• Completed higher education (university, FH, HTL) in production engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Several years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe (~25%).
