Are you an experienced JavaScript developer looking to join a dynamic team with a flexible work environment?

We are working with a growing Software company specialising in custom Development solutions and software expertise based in Leuven. They are looking for a talented developer who is proficient in Ember.js and Express.js to join their growing team in Leuven. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and be part of an exciting company working on many challenging and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ember.js for the frontend and Express.js for the backend.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop and deploy new features.
• Write clean and scalable code that adhere to code best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews
• Work on continuous improvement of our development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise with Ember.js and Express.js
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
