User Acquisition Lead

We're looking for a User Acquisition Lead to join their passionate and experienced growth team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, strategic UA expert ready to take ownership of performance marketing initiatives across multiple titles. Responsibilities:

• Define and implement UA strategies in collaboration with the Growth Director.
• Manage campaign performance across top platforms (e.g. AppLovin, Unity, TikTok, Facebook, Google).
• Oversee daily operations of the UA team, ensuring both campaign results and team performance are optimized.
• Experiment with new channels, tools, and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
• Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional UA team, supporting their development and career growth.
• Collaborate closely with creatives and analysts to drive data-informed, impactful campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with key advertising partners and platforms.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in UA within the mobile gaming industry.
• Solid track record running performance marketing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to both growth and creative direction.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
