We’re looking for a Retail Business Manager to join our Retail Operations Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

The Paddy Power Retail Business Manager is a critical role, supporting the Paddy Power Retail Leadership Team. Reporting to the Retail Director of Paddy Power Retail, you will support the planning and execution of the retail strategy and monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with objectives and key results. You’ll be a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Your areas of ownership will span the full remit of the Retail LT, comprising our Operations, Commercial, Trust & Partnerships and Customer pillars.

In supporting the Retail LT you’ll play a central role in driving forward the culture that will help us become ‘UK & Ireland’s most iconic entertainment brand’ in line with the Flutter UKI’s values. And beyond this you will also play an important part in collaborating across the wider Flutter organisation and both contributing to and learning from the different strengths of Paddy Power, Tombola and Betfair UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Retail Director and Retail LT team to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Oversee internal retail communication and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Own the Retail LT Roadmap and collaborate with the Retal ELT to drive progress with desired outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance organisational performance.
• Lead and manage cross-functional Retail LT projects from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including partners and regulators.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
