TextYess aims to build the leading SaaS to enable brands to sell within messaging apps, integrating customer support with AI, marketing automation and payments.

The role:

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to take our user experience to the next level.

You’ll have a key role in shaping the overall experience of our SaaS product, by working closely with the CEO, the sales team, and software engineers to align design with business objectives and user needs.

Your work will focus on three main goals:

• Make the product intuitive and appealing to new users (acquisition)
• Help users discover more value and unlock additional features (expansion)
• Design experiences that reduce friction and keep users engaged (retention)



What you’ll work on:

• Design user experiences across core product areas and new features
• Evolve and refine the existing UI system to ensure consistency and usability
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas with real users
• Collaborate with the CEO to translate vision into UX flows and interfaces
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and feedback
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure smooth implementation
• Use PostHog and other tools to track and improve UX performance
• Occasionally support quick visual requests (e.g. LinkedIn visuals, simple ad creatives) — nothing heavy, just a team player mindset

About you:

• 4+ years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and clean visual design
• Deep knowledge of Figma (we design everything there)
• Comfort with fast-paced prototyping and iteration
• Experience using UX analytics and testing tools (e.g. PostHog)
• Interest in how AI is shaping user experiences and workflows

Bonus points:

• Experience in eCommerce or SaaS products
• Exposure to product-led growth strategies
• Familiarity with designing flows that integrate AI-generated content or decisions

• Design and ship your first UX improvement
• Start shaping key product flows around customer acquisition and retention
• Set up lightweight testing and validation processes

• Take ownership of the overall product experience
• Collaborate on new features and revenue-driving UX opportunities
• Contribute to strategic product conversations and roadmap
• Be a design advocate within the company, helping us raise the quality bar

What we offer:

• Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K.
