Cloud & DevOps Architect (m/f)

Join a forward-thinking team as a Cloud/DevOps Senior Architect, where you’ll help shape the digital transformation of an entire organization. This role blends visionary strategy with hands-on implementation, focusing on scalable cloud solutions, CI/CD automation, and the introduction of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices in scalability, observability, security, and cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Define and lead transformation strategies to migrate existing systems to the cloud.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Apply SRE principles to ensure reliability, scalability, and availability of IT services.
• Establish observability frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards.
• Guide teams in adopting cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
• Identify and develop reusable infrastructure and application components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in cloud architecture, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across environments.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You bring 10+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps architecture with a proven record of delivering impactful cloud solutions.
• You have deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• You are fluent in cloud-native architecture principles and migration strategies.
• You are experienced with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• You know how to work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Crossplane.
• You are familiar with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• You understand microservices, serverless architecture, and observability practices.
• You bring experience in integration solutions including API Management and messaging platforms.
• You are familiar with platform engineering tools like Backstage.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You hold EU citizenship and are fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• You have professional certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps (desirable).
• You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional, and agile environments.
