Product Marketing & Customer Success Manager

A major telecommunications and digital services company is looking for a Product Marketing & Customer Success Manager.
As the Product Marketing & Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as a key connector between our product team and our user community. You’ll be instrumental in driving customer engagement, ensuring the success of product launches, and building strong relationships that foster satisfaction and long-term growth. This role involves close collaboration across departments to deliver clear messaging, facilitate smooth product rollouts, and gather insights that inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with users, helping them maximize the value of our services and deepening their product knowledge.
- Build and maintain active user communities to capture feedback and encourage knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Coordinate and implement communication plans around product updates, new feature releases, and service enhancements.
- Craft compelling and consistent messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value of our products.
- Assist with customer research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and focus groups, to better understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare customers and internal stakeholders for upcoming feature releases through timely updates, training, and documentation.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts for product enhancements, ensuring teams are aligned and launches are well-executed.
- Draft and manage release notes, product communications, customer newsletters, and other relevant materials.
- Organize regular customer engagement events—such as webinars, office hours, or Q&A sessions—to promote adoption and gather insights.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and onboarding activities related to new product features and changes.
- Monitor and document product roadmap updates to ensure all materials remain accurate and up to date.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in accessible, business-friendly terms.
- Experience planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns and product enablement initiatives.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools and community engagement best practices.
- Background in conducting and analyzing market research to support data-driven decisions.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over deliverables.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to improve user experiences.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship is required.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other European languages is a strong plus.
