For our department Crew Training within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):

Crew Training Administration Officer (Pilot Recruitment) (m/f/x)

Main duties:

  • Organize and coordinate the entire pilot recruitment process in cooperation with the Crew Training Manager.
  • Act as a central point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and analyze a detailed database of pilot applicants, focusing on relevant qualifications
  • Ensure that all required applicant documentation is complete and valid.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of applicant information and assessment outcomes.
  • Ensure, check, and update all Crew Training records in the Crew Training Database.
  • Prepare and coordinate training facilities and handle administrative tasks for crew members in close cooperation with all concerned departments according to internal rules


Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

  • Hold a high school leaving qualification or equivalent and/or proven experience in administrative and/or support roles
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Be a team player
  • Be familiar with the use of standard office applications
  • Show excellent communication skills in English, as well as skills in French and/or German (spoken and written)


Desired or to be acquired criteria:

  • Work proactively and show self-initiative
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties
  • Show the ability to adapt to an evolving working environment
  • Show user skills in the tools used in Flight Operations and Human Resources


The ideal candidate:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have experience with administrative and/or support roles within Flight Operations, ideally in pilot recruitment
  • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
