Technical Project Coordinator (m/f)

Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • Coordinating projects led by the Concepts & Architectures department
  • Set up and maintain project plans with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identification of project risks and inconsistencies in the project plans/activities
  • Management of the project execution, including reporting for funded research projects
  • Regular tracking and reporting of the project status
  • Execution of team meetings and moderation of issues within the team or with other stakeholders
  • Ensure continuous exchange of relevant information among all project stakeholders
  • Proactive reporting of decisions, critical project status, risk or management support needs

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Profound knowledge in project definition, planning and management
  • Basic understanding of the design process for complex automotive products (system, hardware, software and mechanical design)
  • Capability to decompose technical requirements into multidisciplinary work packages together with the relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to moderate multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to present complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Experience with DOORS, SVN, and MS Project are considered assets
  • Ability to work in a team and guide team decisions
  • Open-minded, positive, problem-solving attitude, good communication skills, flexibility
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assets
