As part of their continued growth in Portugal, they are reinforcing the team with a Project Manager for a key client in the banking sector, supporting a large-scale digital transformation program.

This is a high-impact opportunity for professionals with a strong background in project leadership and a strategic mindset to help drive change in a global environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects in the banking domain;
• Ensure structured planning and coordination across technical and business teams;
• Apply tactical and structured problem-solving approaches using Lean tools (e.g., Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram);
• Foster collaboration and strong communication with stakeholders across multiple levels;
• Track milestones, timelines, and project deliverables.

✅ Must-Have:

• +4 years of experience in Project Management roles;
• Proven experience working in the banking industry (mandatory);
• Proven experience identifying and driving transformation opportunities;
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities;
• Fluency in English.

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt);
