SQL Database Administrator

We are currently seeking a SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain optimized Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Plan and implement high-availability architectures (AlwaysOn, failover clusters, replication).
• Design and execute disaster recovery strategies, including database mirroring and log shipping.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, restorations, and performance optimization.
• Use monitoring tools to analyze logs, identify issues, and suggest improvements to internal teams.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views for critical systems.
• Develop solutions for data integration and processing in ETL pipelines (e.g., SSIS).
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, ensuring database performance and compatibility.
• Implement and integrate databases to support large-scale data analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

What you will need to bring:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration, including: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS);
• Installation & configuration of SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2022;
• Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate;
• Hands-on experience in database migration to cloud environments;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices applied to databases (CI/CD);
• Experience integrating data infrastructures with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
