Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Win System's Gaming division projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress across multiple teams and locations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with strategic goals.

Operating at the intersection of product, design, R&D, and manufacturing, the Project Manager will drive operational efficiency, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams (Product, Art, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, etc.) and external partners or suppliers.
• Track project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to scope.
• Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Support documentation, compliance processes, and quality assurance related to product delivery.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven working experience (4+years) as a project administrator in the information technology sector. ideally in gaming, technology, or manufacturing environments.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. English High Level.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Familiarity with gaming hardware/software development or regulated markets.
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams.
