Ecolab is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for a hybrid position in Global Business Services (GBS) as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Krakow, Poland team. Int his role, you will receive and validate requisition information provided, load any missing information into the job posting template to ensure we have all the needed information and validates accuracy of information in the front end of the recruiting process. They will also be responsible for entering offer details into Workday for approval and initiating and completing post-offer acceptance activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and involves coordinating various tasks with hiring managers and other departments.

What Will You Do
- Review new requisitions and assess if it is ready to post or if additional information is needed
- Find additional information that may be needed to complete job posting
- Post requisitions to internal only or internal and external job boards, depending on approvals and provided standards for role
- Generating and sending approved offers to candidates
- Coordinating post offer activities including education and background checks
- Escalate issues and background violations to Tier 3 support team to review.
- Creating a positive interaction with final applicants at the end stages of the recruitment process
- Reviewing and editing job requisitions in designated timeframe
- Ensuring accuracy to job specifics, such as location, shift information, wages, etc.
- Completing all assigned duties accurately and on-time
- Report falsification or inaccuracy findings as deemed necessary.
- Identifies the support and resources needed to carry out plans; delivers on time at an acceptable quality level.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job postings and requisition information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and gathering necessary information
- Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple requisitions and postings efficiently
