Requirements

As a Principal Unity Developer, you will be at the center of our technical growth — We're looking for an expert with the technical depth to lead, mentor, and ship high-performing mobile games. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

Core Tech Oriented priorities:

• Take ownership of critical or complex tasks that require deep technical expertise to resolve, often collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide a good balance between Tech Implementations and Stability and actively communicate with the Tech Director about solutions and potential upcoming issues
• Help the team on Architectural decisions and Technical vision for scaling
• Technical knowledge sharing and identifying skill gaps within the team for further Skill Development
• Keep up-to-date with new Unity features, game development trends, and industry best practices. Introduce new techniques, APIs, or plugins that can improve the development process or game quality
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in mobile game development, with deep expertise in Unity (C#)
• A proven track record of launching and operating live mobile games with a focus on technical health, scalability, and LiveOps
• Strong abilities in profiling, optimization, and memory management for mobile
• Experience leading Tech Pre-production for major architectural shifts and feature development
• Hands-on with editor tools, code flow improvements, and pipeline automation
• Confident integrating mobile SDKs, backend services, and third-party tools
• Proficient in UI implementation, Unity 3D physics, and writing scalable architecture
• Familiar with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Passionate about the casual and hypercasual mobile game space, with up-to-date market knowledge
