As a Software Engineering Manager at TGS Prediktor, you play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and high-performing engineering teams. Key Competencies

To thrive in this role, the following qualifications and skills are essential:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience:
• Extensive background in software development using Python, C, C++, C#, and/or JavaScript. Desirable 8 plus years experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, overseeing complex projects, and leading teams. Desirable 2 plus years experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and virtualization/containerization
• Proven ability to build and operate large-scale production systems with emphasis on performance, availability, reliability, and scalability
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure; experience with APIs, services, and infrastructure development is advantageous
• Passion: Dedication to fostering high-performing engineering teams, driving continuous improvement, and scaling deployments efficiently
