Senior UI Designer – Digital Experience Consultancy

A leading digital consultancy is looking for a Senior UI Designer to join their creative team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric digital experiences for some of the region’s most exciting brands.

The client is seeking a strong visual storyteller who can connect design thinking with functionality—someone who can lead UI efforts from concept to delivery while working closely with strategists, developers, and stakeholders.

Role and responsibility:

Inspire & Ideate:

• Develop mood boards and visual directions to drive creative inspiration
• Solve complex design problems with clever, thoughtful solutions
• Collaborate across teams to refine interaction designs and bring ideas to life through animated prototypes

Plan & Communicate:

• Set the visual design direction for projects and estimate workload
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery and resolve blockers
• Coach junior designers and foster a learning culture
• Lead client presentations and co-creation workshops
• Translate design ideas into feasible builds with an understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and responsive frameworks

Design & Deliver:

• Translate brand identities into compelling UI design languages
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design files for seamless handovers
• Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints (web, mobile, wearables)
• Build atomic-level design systems
• Adhere to accessibility standards
• Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs with a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and interactivity

Experience required:

• A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a growth mindset
• Comfortable owning the design process from concept to delivery
• A persuasive communicator and confident presenter
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with clients, strategists, and developers
• Able to balance creativity with practicality and logic

Must-Have:

• Experience in UI design from agency/consultancy or start-up environment
• Experience working on end-to-end digital projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion, and production skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and lead client-facing engagements
