About The Role

Responsible for managing the program activities and delivering strategically relevant and impactful digital experiences at scale. The role ensures timely implementation and completion of ERP transformation projects by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to help overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. Also, support other teams to understand technological concepts and facilitate collaboration on effective solutions. Partner with the ERP transformation project team to deliver the project, ensuring a smooth transition to digital and touchless HR operations and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Transformation Team and stakeholders to assist with comprehensive reviews of the operating model, existing systems, processes, critical policies, and applicable workflows.
  • Lead the process of drafting the process maps for each division, focusing on end results and alignment with functional requirements and system output.
  • Review the fit-gap analysis to highlight the key areas of improvements and present system functionality roadmap to propose alignment within modules, enhancement in processes, automation and standardization.
  • Document proposed changes and agreed objects, key decisions for each module, work closely with the team to identify results and focus on key deliverables.
  • Responsible for overall status reporting, tracking of milestones in each area, identifying risks, and follow-up on action items and timelines for key deliverables.
  • Ensure the proposed processes, changes in procedures and stakeholder wish-list aligns with the operating model and accessible system functionalities.
  • Ensure governance of centralized and approved policies, processes, and defined rules by COEs are implemented on each module design and rollout. Proactively highlight problem areas and work closely with the team on corrective actions.
  • Lead the process of standardization of formats, reports, and presentations within the transformation team to support central governance and control. Keep track of all key design decisions and applicable system/process iterations.
  • Ensure proactive updates and flow of information within the transformation team. Share regular narratives, status reports and alert on delays in timelines.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders’ expectations on design deviations and customizations by providing sufficient information on standard system functions and demonstrate efficiency of offered functionality to resolve process and design issues.
  • Drive data transformation by cleansing and simplifying data management operations, modernizing HR data protection and data mapping activities and prepare future data for unified analytics and AI readiness.
  • Responsible for end-to-end system testing leading the vertical and horizontal phases, ensuring quality control and stimulating higher levels of user experience.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of assigned activities and modules ensuring integration and seamless execution of relevant platforms.
  • Lead the Go-live activities of HCM and serve as a SME for the relevant ERP solutions, bug fixing, resolving issues and concerns related to performance by working closely with the implementation partners and functional teams.
  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects.
  • Previous experience of ERP Implementation (Oracle/SAP) in medium or large enterprise
  • Previous experience of working and implementation with one or more of the following areas required :
    • Core HR
    • Time& Attendance
    • Payroll
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Talent Management
    • Performance Management
    • Compensation& Benefits
    • GlobalProcessesandService Delivery
    • Data Quality, Governance & Reporting
  • Professional Certifications in Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Experience with Global Implementations is a plus
  • Preference would be given for relevant SAP S4 Hana/Oracle Fusion Project Execution/management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Project Management preferred
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage.
  • Ability to lead and influence design/functional meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
  • Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan is essential
