Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Be the customer advocate — identify pain points and build products that truly make a difference.
- Own the product vision and strategy, aligning it with broader company goals and translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and user research to MVP creation, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences.
- Define and track success metrics, continuously improving product outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
- Foster innovation that fuels business growth — while keeping customer satisfaction at the core.
- 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B, e-commerce, supply chain, fintech, or retail tech domains.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally to build and launch successful products.
- Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
