Your new role

The purpose of this role is to drive data-led insights, ensuring senior management has accurate and relevant information on key business value drivers. This role is pivotal in enabling informed decision-making and managing business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Leading data-driven monthly reporting for Lion’s Group Leadership Team, supporting the In-Year Performance Project.
• Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Query.
• Utilising AWS and Data Lake for data management.
• Conducting analysis to uncover trends and anomalies, providing actionable commercial insights.
• Building customisable, reader-friendly data packs for real-time reporting and analysis.
• Transforming commercial reporting and insights through process improvement and automation.
• Performing data manipulation, modelling, and preparing ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Identifying risks and opportunities critical to business unit (BU) performance.
• Preparing and presenting complex information in a simplified, reader-friendly format.
• Experience in FP&A is advantageous.
