Role Overview

A dynamic and innovative company in the blockchain technology space is seeking a talented and versatile Designer specializing in presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials. In this role, you'll play a critical part in visually communicating our cutting-edge technology and compelling value propositions to investors, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate complex ideas and data.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop engaging storytelling through visuals.
Develop consistent, polished design templates and brand guidelines across all visual assets.
Translate technical concepts and intricate blockchain technology into clear, accessible visuals.
Continuously iterate and improve existing presentation materials based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Haves

2-4 years of experience as a designer, specifically focused on creating presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma.
Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, impactful visuals.
Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple assets.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within technology, blockchain, or software industries.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects.
Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Non-Negotiable Experience

Minimum of 2 years specifically creating presentation decks and marketing collateral.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience in visual storytelling for complex technical or innovative products.
