Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT security strategies and policies
• Planning and executing penetration tests and security audits
• Enhancing security systems such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security (M365)
• Monitoring security events, managing incidents, and conducting risk assessments
• Identifying vulnerabilities and defining actions to improve overall cybersecurity posture
• Advising leadership on security matters and collaborating with external partners and regulatory bodies
• Creating and maintaining emergency response and business continuity plans
• Delivering regular IT security training sessions across the organization

Your Profile

• A degree in computer science or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in IT security, with a track record of implementing effective security measures
• Strong background in network and systems administration, and familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI Basic Protection
• Analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and leadership qualities
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with emerging technologies

This is a full-time position. Compensation is aligned with industry standards and includes scope for individual negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
