Roles & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager.

Your main focuses will be :

o Manage the current knowledge management products (current eLearning

platform and portal ). Collaborate with other team members to

clarify the vision of the future knowledge management systems.

o Manage the current corporate products (“ERP functionalities” for finance, HR,

etc.)

o Manage the relationship and IT services provided to the notary institutions

(internal customers)

Your Responsibilities

o Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics for

your products. This will involve studying existing and alternative market

solutions, engaging with customers through visits, organizing workshops and

user groups, as well as delivering public presentations.

o Describing the product evolution by writing Epics and validating them with users.

This will help shape the product roadmap and prioritize different functionalities

in a product backlog.

o Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product

delivery and operations. This includes collaborating with teams such as Legal, IT,

Communication, Training, Privacy, and Service Desk.

o Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You

will engage with various stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and

executives, to gather insights, align objectives, and drive collaboration.

o Ensuring validation of product releases through demos and user acceptance

tests. You will be responsible for preparing the roll-out, including training

activities and collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.

o Monitoring and ensuring user satisfaction with the product. You will gather

feedback, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvements to enhance the

user experience.

Your Skills, Knowledge & Attitude…

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

o A Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Management or a related

field, or equivalent experience.

o At least five years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track

record of successfully delivering and managing digital products.

o Experience in both structured project management (PRINCE2) for the overall

project and working with agile development teams for the software

development.

o Experience in the notary domain and company management is a plus, as it will

provide valuable context for understanding the industry and its unique

challenges.

o Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal. You

should be able to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and

inspire others.

o Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on understanding and meeting

customer needs.

o Fluent in French and Dutch, with advanced proficiency in English, enabling

effective communication with stakeholders across different regions.
