Business Presentation Designer

Who You'll Work With

Visual Graphics consists of professional business presentation designers who assist our consultants with designing internal and external communication materials. These are predominantly PowerPoint presentations, but may include other print and digital media. We are looking for graphics specialists based in Paris to work with our team and support them in French and English.

You will collaborate closely with other specialists and support several consulting teams working on a variety of business and management topics. In your role, you will contribute to achieving our firm's high-quality standards for distinctive client communication.

Your Impact

Your core task will be creating professional business presentations for client communication purposes.

In close collaboration with the consultants, you will convert their drafts into impactful slides and presentations that are tailored to the target group, message driven, and in line with McKinsey, client brand and design guidelines.

In the role, you will work with existing team members and consultants to enhance the quality of the PowerPoint presentations. You will create new slides, edit, format large presentations, consistent style application, visual improvements and design bespoke presentations, possibly enriched by images, vector illustrations, infographics, basic animations, data driven graphs etc., and always based on thorough design briefings and joint problem solving with consultants.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in graphics design or similar certification
• 1+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• French as your native language and ability to communicate fluently in an English business environment (written & spoken)
• Good organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and time management
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to comfortably handle daily deadlines, unexpected situations, and last-minute changes on short notice
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative problem-solving and a quality-driven mindset
• Outstanding customer service orientation
