Marketing Analyst

Fiserv’s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within the Financial Tech industry that is unique to you! We are looking for university graduates with drive, and an evolving target for their careers. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered during the program, with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Fiserv Analysts will have a target start date of early June 2025 depending on your availability. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Marketing Analyst Role Overview: We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Analyst to join our EMEA marketing team. The successful candidate will engage in projects that analyze market trends, digital presence, and product marketing strategies. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of actionable insights that drive business growth in the EMEA region. Key Project Responsibilities Include:

Emerging Trends Report

• Research and analyze new trends in financial services technology, focusing on digital payments, blockchain, and AI.
• Assess the impact of these trends on customer preferences and competitive dynamics.
• Develop insights on how Fiserv can capitalize on emerging opportunities and present findings in a stakeholder webinar.
  
  

Digital Presence Audit

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of Fiserv's digital presence across social media and website metrics.
• Identify gaps in digital marketing strategies compared to competitors.
• Formulate an action plan with recommendations for enhancing online visibility and engagement.
  
  

Product Marketing Strategy Benchmarking

• Evaluate and benchmark Fiserv's product marketing strategies against industry competitors.
• Analyze marketing campaigns, messaging, and product positioning.
• Provide actionable insights and develop a strategic roadmap for product marketing improvements.
  
  

Marketing Automation Strategy

• Analyze the current use of marketing automation tools and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive plan to implement new automation features to enhance campaign efficiency.
  
  

Graphic Design and Marketing Strategy Implementation

• Coordinate creation of advanced graphic design assets for marketing materials (no previous experience required).
• Analyze the effectiveness of design elements in marketing initiatives.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of staff and leaders .
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities.
