Job Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer / Sysadmin profile to join our team and take a leading role in optimizing the delivery, monitoring, maintenance, and updating of our digital services. As the infrastructure expert in our dynamic team, you will have significant autonomy to manage and improve our systems. This role is crucial as our company continues to grow, making efficient and automated management of servers and applications essential.

Responsibilities

• Take over the management of our existing infrastructure and systematically plan and implement improvements to simplify its management
• Guide the company through growth phases with efficient and automated server and application management
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve monitoring, automate deployment processes, and ensure all systems operate reliably
• Work in a hybrid environment with both cloud and on-site infrastructure

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Linux servers and navigating SSH terminals
• Proficient with technical tools such as Bash scripts, Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Experience with cloud environments as well as on-premise servers
• Open to exploring and integrating additional tools such as monitoring solutions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with Python; willingness to learn and improve skills independently

Would be a bonus, but not required:

• Advantageous if experienced with tools like PostgreSQL, GitHub, Celery, RabbitMQ, Google Cloud Platform, DeployHQ, Site24x7, Jira, Confluence
