The Data Analyst role that supports Everyday Digital, involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role is essential for driving data-driven strategies and improving organizational performance across Zone/GMBs /functions to support our Everyday Digital program and Winning with People and Teams OMP priority.

A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst – Data Analyst for Everyday Digital

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and external datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and missing values, making it suitable for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to analyze complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracking: Monitor and evaluate KPIs to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Analaytics, Data & Integrration team (ADI) to build operationally sustainable analytic solutions.
• Decision Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes for transparency and reproducibility.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing data collection and analysis processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
