We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team in Luxembourg. As an HR Coordinator you will deal with human resources tasks in the broadest sense and given responsibilities with ownership.

We are working as a team to tackle the work together. In your role, you will work on a daily basis together with the HR Manager and the Recruitment Business Partner.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • You are co-responsible for the inflow, through-flow and outflow of people within our offices in Luxembourg
  • You function as the first point of contact for HR related issues for the entire organisation
  • You work together with the team on implementing local and international HR projects (social elections, performance review…)
  • You proactively identify developments in the market which we can translate into concrete plans
  • You optimise policy and processes, with a focus on data analysis to support decisions

About You

  • A relevant completed academic education and a first HR work experience
  • Proficient in English. French considered as an asset
  • Experience in/or affinity with the legal profession is an advantage but not a must
  • Your authentic, solid and energetic personality
  • Organisational skills: knowing how to prioritise is important as you are dealing with administrative workload that requires results on defined deadlines
  • Ambition to work in an international context
