Job Description

Is responsible for setting the priorities typically for a small internal digital product. Collaborates with others to understand different points of view, and arrive at clear definition of opportunities. Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog. Communicate the status of the digital product to peers and manager. Creates personas, user journeys, user flows. Conducts user and usability testing and utilizes the results to inform design decisions. Embraces Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn, and iterate - and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.

SPiDER is P&G's digital engineering platform supporting both Corporate Platform Lifecycle Management (PLCM) and Site Technical Documentation strategies across equipment, process and facility design. Leveraging Siemens Teamcenter as a platform, SPiDER manages the single source of truth for engineering technical documentation.

Equipment Design - Equipment representing production lines and/or manufacturing devices (e.g. Mold).

Process Design - Processes related to production equipment (not products) plus electrical design and software.

Facility Design - Architectural and structural building design and production utility design (e.g. raw material tanks).

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Product Management preferred. Certifications ideal (e.g. PSPO I/II)
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Engineering/Manufacturing experience ideal
  • Strong communication skills
