What you'll be doing:

• Lead Projects End-to-End: From planning to delivery, you’ll ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve quality standards.
• Manage Project Budgets: Plan, track, and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are optimized.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and aligned with project goals for timely delivery.
• Implement Change Management: Guide teams and stakeholders through organizational change by organizing training, minimizing resistance, and maximizing adoption.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks, address issues proactively, and develop strategies to overcome resistance to change.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Waterfall, or other project management approaches to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure Process Standardization: Standardize processes and deliverables across teams to drive consistent outcomes.
• Train Teams: Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and working methods introduced by the project.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience delivering projects and understanding of Change Management.
• Is fluent in English (minimum C1).
• Has a passion for project management and technology.
• Is experienced with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
• Has a strong track record in budget management.
• Has knowledge in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, and Power BI.
• Has experience working in international and multicultural teams.
• Communicates effectively, managing stakeholder expectations and leading teams through change.
