What You Will Do

Your internship will consist of:

• Identifying and evaluating AI use cases in HR, Commerce, and Finance.
• Prioritizing AI opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to get AI initiatives approved and implemented.
• Developing engaging one-pagers, videos, and documentation (Golden Rules, How-To guides) to support AI adoption.
• Monitoring and reporting on the latest AI trends, companies, products, and opportunities in automation.
  
  

What We Need From You

Our candidate offers:

• You are currently in your Bachelor in Business, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and business applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Curious mindset plus a creative and self-starting character.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and automation tools.
• Experience with AI tools, platforms, or automation software (e.g., Power BI, Python, Chatbots, SAP AI) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• You are already resident in the Netherlands.
