Are you a seasoned Golang Backend Developer ready to take on the challenge of transforming legacy services into modern, high-performing applications? We're looking for a hands-on consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about clean, scalable, and efficient backend architecture.

Please note we are only looking for consultants based in Stockholm.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 9 months

Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm

What you will do

  • Take ownership of refactoring and modernizing older services, aligning with our architecture rulebook and long-term environment goals.
  • Drive backend development in Golang, accelerating delivery in a fast-paced team.
  • Design and build scalable, high-performance services in a service-based and microservice architecture.
  • Collaborate closely within an agile team to deliver robust, maintainable, and secure systems.

What you bring

  • Strong experience in Golang backend development.
  • Proven track record in service-oriented and microservice architectures.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, Kubernetes, Linux, Kafka, Docker
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions, ideally AWS.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously in an agile setting.
