What you`ll do

Summary

SAP provides leading solutions to help our customers run their businesses. Our application SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is one of the most frequently used products as every employee regularly records time or requests vacation throughout their working life. The main processes for absence and attendance management, and close integration with Payroll are handled by our cloud solution.

The Role

As a (Junior) JAVA developer (d/f/m), you'll have the chance to join one of our Scrum teams and work alongside talented software engineers to design, implement, and test new application features. Your role at the application core will present challenges that require analytical thinking, empathy for end users, and the ability to ensure processes run in a performant way. This is an exciting opportunity for a young, dynamic talent like you to make an impact and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You Bring

• JAVA will be your primary programming language
• You have basic experience in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment
• You value teamwork with a diverse group of people with different expertise backgrounds and perspectives across multiple product teams locally and in remote locations
• You are organized, positive, creative, and always focused on the user
• You are fluent both written and spoken in English, good German language skills are highly appreciated
• We’ll provide you with all the training and support necessary for a smooth start

Our diverse and dynamic software engineering team collaborates across functions to drive the transformation of our clients' time recording processes. We guide them from traditional timesheets to a cutting-edge, flexible solution that empowers employees to capture their time anytime and anywhere they desire. We have the privilege of serving 4000 customers and now we're on a mission to reach the next 4000.

The role involves working in our office in St. Leon-Rot for a minimum of 3 days per week.
