Senior Back-End Python Engineer

We’re looking for a top-tier Senior Python Developer with a strong background in building intelligent, scalable, and resilient software systems. This role involves working on an advanced AI infrastructure with tightly coupled components, requiring architectural thinking and expert-level coding skills.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Expert Python Development: Clean, modular, and maintainable code with a strong grasp of system design.
• AI/ML System Design: Practical experience integrating machine learning components into robust backend systems, including model orchestration, inference pipelines, and monitoring.
• Agent-Based Architecture (Optional Plus): Familiarity with agent-based models and distributed coordination logic.
• Context and Memory Control: Experience building systems that track user/system state across sessions, support long-horizon workflows, and manage hierarchical memory efficiently.
• Integration & API Fluency: Experience integrating third-party services and APIs (e.g., OAuth, REST), preferably with a dynamic dispatch architecture.
• Fault Tolerance & Recovery: Design and implementation of systems with graceful failure, structured validation, and intelligent retry mechanisms.
• Security & Data Handling: Competence in encryption practices, authentication layers, and secure information flow.
• Production Readiness: Comfortable with CI/CD, Dockerized deployments, container orchestration, and observability best practices.
