Qualifications:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or similar departments of universities,
• 1+ years of Pega experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing skills is mandatory
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) is preferable
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge on Pega Adaptive and Predictive models
• Experince integrating 3rd party big data models to Pega Strategies
• Experience on CDH (Customer Decision Hub) is a preferable
• Experience on ADM (Adaptive Decision Manager) is a preferable
• Experience on NBA (Next Best Action) Designer is a plus
• Experience on Pega Paid Media Manager is a plus
• Experience on Pega upgrade is a plus
• Experience implementing Pega integration services using REST, SOAP and other XML-based Technologies
• Develop custom Pega activities to integrate / consume external platforms, services
• Design/Redesign the application architecture to be more cost-effective considering performance and code quality
• Experience in Relational / NonRelational Database Management Systems such as Oracle database (PL / SQL and SQL), Postgresql, ElasticSearch, Couchbase etc.
• Experience in messaging software such as Kafka, RabbitMq,
• Strong knowledge on NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB
• Experience implementing Pega data integration services access RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with the entire SDLC process,
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Define the application architecture, track and identify issues within it, work towards a solution
• Prone to teamwork, result-oriented, easily adaptable to new technologies,
• Preferably worked in CRM projects,
• B2+ Level Proficiency in English

Job Description:

• Taking charge as software development specialist in software development studies by adapting to Yapı Kredi IT software development methodologies and processes,
• Technical design in banking IT projects in line with business demands,
• Coding and performing unit tests in relevant development platforms in accordance with the completed technical designs,
• To be able to renew itself and how it works about new software development technologies, tools and methods by following technological developments.
