Machine Learning Engineer (B2B Contract, 24-Month, Extendable)

Position Purpose/Mission: We’re looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Wroclaw. This position will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models, with a strong focus on cloud-based systems and production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions efficiently and ensure optimal model performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ML models.
• Contribute to in-house code libraries while following software development best practices.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in cloud environments (Azure).
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate ML models into production products.
• Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
• Test, validate, and monitor ML models in production to ensure reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML (and deep learning) models.
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of SQL and PySpark is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Independent and team-oriented work approach.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), quantization, distillation, transfer learning.
• Experience with Azure Services, including Datalake, Datahouse, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
