We’re looking for an Intern to:

  • support our team with various tasks (updates of employees’ records and data in the internal HR systems, documents’ archiving, weekly reports etc.)
  • treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
  • stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
  • working in collaboration with other team members and Stakeholders to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment

Your team
You will become a member of the HR Swiss Onboarding Team that is a part of Service Delivery stream located in Fabryczna Office in Krakow. Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via email or through our ticketing system.

Your expertise

  • academic degree or a student status
  • fluency in English (both spoken and written), German / French / Italian language skills will be an asset
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • resilience and team player attitude, even in challenging circumstances
  • proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • successful time management and skills prioritization
