React Developer

Founded to empower IT and engineering freelancers, Hightekers handles all administrative management, allowing freelancers to focus on what they do best. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.

As we continue to scale our operations in the Middle East, we're expanding our internal product and engineering team based in Dubai. We're currently looking for a React Developer who is eager to grow, contribute to an exciting product ecosystem, and collaborate with a forward-thinking tech team working at the heart of our SaaS platform.

Your Responsibilities in this role:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement user interface components and features based on design specifications.
• Optimize application performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Stay up-to-date with modern front-end best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Work closely with product and backend teams to build features that bring value to our users.

What you bring to the role and the team:

• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js in a production environment.
• Good understanding of front-end development principles and modern JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
• Enthusiastic problem solver with solid debugging skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
