Job Title: Associate Director Business Development (Hunter)

Job Description:

• Proven record on selling Cloud, cyber security, automation, and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centers in India.
• Ability to acquire large deals .
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
• Understand client requirements and work with presales and solution teams to address client requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
• Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to persuade and inspire sales staff.
• Attend forums, conferences and build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads.
• The ability to establish new accounts and grow business throughout the organization and drive customer satisfaction into the entire account.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 12 - 18 Years of selling Cloud, cyber security, automation, and other IT services to large BFSI, Retail or global delivery centers in India.
• Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets and goals
• High energy, self-motivated, and highly driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to have first level technology discussion with customer is plus.
• Bachelor's Degree must. MBA preferred.
