Senior Product Manager, AI/ML

This is an exciting opportunity to be the AI / ML product manager across Sinch, identify opportunities where AI can play a meaningful role to improve customer experience, work with the individual product teams to develop those ideas, and help get those ideas delivered with high level of trust & compliance. This role reports to the Senior VP of Customer Experience & Growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in AI / ML technologies. Specifically, Generative and Predictive AI.
• 5 years in software development, product management positions
• Comfortable defining product roadmap and strategy, by working closely with customers
• Experience collaborating effectively across a large company. This job relies on strong communication, influence without authority. Sinch employs 4000+ people across 60 countries.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to evangelize AI topics both internally and externally. This includes presenting pitches to Sinch leadership and representing Sinch at external conferences.
• Experience working for Communication or Collaboration technology platforms is a plus.
