About The Job
The Lead Coach partners with senior leaders to enhance investment outcomes by driving domain-wide delivery improvements. Success is measured by enabling teams to achieve measurable results, ensuring execution certainty, and improving performance. The Lead Coach serves as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing workflow gaps and organizational constraints. The key responsibilities are:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with domain priorities and organizational goals, utilizing data-driven insights.
- Business Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to delivery teams and leaders, co-owning delivery responsibilities and embedding best practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead process enhancements to remove organizational impediments, improve productivity, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Coach leadership on servant leadership principles, improvement roadmaps, and product strategies with a customer-focused approach.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address organizational constraints affecting productivity and quality, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Governance: Monitor adherence to delivery standards and models, driving execution of improvement plans to address gaps.
- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the organization's values and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Over 10 years in enterprise agile transformation or as an agile coach.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Ownership) supported by extensive hands-on experience in software engineering and product management.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and proficiency in using delivery performance data to drive improvements.
- Banking experience and a background in product delivery roles such as Product Owner or Program Management.
