Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product managers to identify business metrics and the customer's needs.
• Research similar products and the customer journey to identify best practices and issues, and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions.
• Create prototypes to test hypotheses.
• Conduct usability testing.
• Refine solutions based on test results and observations.
• Conduct a design check of your own layouts and review solutions from other designers.
• Hand off designs to developers and address any questions they have during the development process.
• Conduct design reviews of development outcomes and compile a list of feedback for developers.
• Iteratively improve the design of the product based on metrics and customer feedback.

Our Candidate Preferences

• An engaged designer with 3+ years of experience.
• Able to justify their decisions.
• With a great visual portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma – prototypes, autolayouts, components, variables. Keeps up with updates and applies them.
• English B2 required; Russian speakers preferred.
