Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in O9 and O9 Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to optimizing our demand planning processes and enhancing our technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain O9 demand planning applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for demand planning solutions.
• Implement enhancements and customizations to the O9 platform to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for O9 demand planning applications.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for all development and customization activities.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the O9 demand planning system.
• Train and mentor junior developers on O9 demand planning best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of O9 demand planning solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in O9 and demand planning technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall demand planning process.

• Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in O9 and O9 demand planning.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have experience in developing and maintaining demand planning applications.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and day shift operations.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Nice to have experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
