This is a part-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at Seaman Solutions. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of maritime crew certification features on the platform. Tasks include prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring user satisfaction. While the role is based in Brussels, some remote work is allowed.
- Product Management, Product Development, and Product Lifecycle Management skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
- User Experience (UX) design and User Interface (UI) design skills
- Market research, Competitive analysis, and Trend analysis skills
- Excellent communication, Leadership, and Collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
