Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer, Brazil

We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts while collaborating with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to improve our testing processes.

The ideal candidate has experience with test automation frameworks, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and a proactive mindset. Since you will be working with international teams, advanced English is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.

Work closely with the development team to identify test requirements and implement automation solutions.

Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Contribute to the improvement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Assist in API testing and integration testing.

Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Requirements:

Experience in QA automation.

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).

Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or others).

Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).

Knowledge of version control tools (Git).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.

Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
