About the role:

We are looking for an Agile Coach with 3+ years of experience to support two business areas in Kanban and Scrum methodologies. You'll work closely with the Technology Digital Programs Group using Safe Agile processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Government Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain baseline government or NV-1 clearance.

Citizenship Requirement: Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.

3+ years of Agile coaching experience.

The successful candidate:

The agile coaches would be required to support two areas of the Business to build capability in Kanban and Scrum Agile methodologies, working closely with the Safe Agile processes used in the Technology Digital Programs Group.

Currently two Business Areas are exploring the following initiatives:

• How we might streamline portal member services onboarding
• How might we deliver a whole government appointment system
• Experience in Agile coaching and Agile delivery of large and complex programs of work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

What's on offer?

This contract is available for an initial 6 months with extensions.

This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane & Canberra
