Golang Developer (relocation to Bulgaria)

We are seeking a Golang Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain vault plugins, backend services or APIs using the Go programming language
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
Work closely with product manager, architect, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with other engineers to architect and implement solutions that scale and perform well under high usage
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by stakeholders or internal teams
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Go community and recommend improvements to the development process

Requirements

Proven experience developing backend services and/or APIs using the Go programming language
Strong knowledge of Go programming language, including concurrency, channels, and error handling
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Helm
Proficiency in version control systems, particularly GitHub
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and AWS
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
