Senior Software Engineer - AI & Data Science

Your tasks

• AI-Driven Development: Design and develop robust AI-powered solutions — from early-stage prototyping to scalable, production-ready systems, using modern frameworks and cloud servies.
• Versatile Use Cases: Work on a diverse use cases such as Generative AI, predictive analytics or
• recommendation systems.
• Software Meets Data Science: Combine solid engineering skills with AI to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Hands-on & Strategic: Actively code while also contributing to architectural decisions, technical vision, and solution design.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional product teams and clients to identify business needs and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Knowledge Sharing: Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and contribute to our AI and data engineering best practices.

Your qualifications

• Software Engineering: Several years of experience in software development using languages like Python, Java, C# or similar.
• Applied AI Experience: Hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science and the ability to apply it in production environments.
• Framework Proficiency: Experience with modern ML/AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or pandas.
• Cloud Know-How: Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying ML models into production.
• Data Handling: Solid understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Clean Code Advocate: A passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and solving complex problems with AI.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
