Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst You Will

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements (focus on HAM)
• Analyze data sets and recommend process improvements
• Map current workflows and design improvements using Flow Designer
• Support HAM processes: asset tracking, lifecycle management, reporting
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams
• Assist in solution testing and validation
• Document business processes, specs, and user stories
• Present solutions to stakeholders using ServiceNow and PowerPoint
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year with ServiceNow implementations
• Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and define complex business processes
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and technical requirements
• Excellent knowledge of English, and good command of French, would be a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Being proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments

• Understanding of Integration Hub, REST APIs, and defining integration requirements
• Familiarity with Flow Designer for workflow automation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Hardware Asset Management CIS certification
• Integration Hub or Flow Designer certification
