Data Scientist, Consumer Customers (Helsinki or other)

Elisa Data & AI department is responsible for the development of large-scale analytics to various Elisa’s business needs. We value insights from data, are focused on learning how to support our customers better and want to enhance experiences in our customers’ everyday life.

We’re looking for a Data Scientist for our Elisa Data & AI team.

Your main projects would be designing and implementing various Machine Learning models related to Elisa’s Consumer Customer business. This requires skills in networking and communication with key stakeholders, and solid technical hands-on experience with databases and cloud environments.

What We Expect From You

• Scientific background and experience in using Python to solve complex analytics tasks
• Solid experience in building production grade machine learning models and analytics solutions, and interest in data engineering.
• Interest in LLMs and GenAI
• Experience of working in cloud environments, preferably in Google Cloud Platform
• A desire to take responsibility for the progress of projects and get things done
• A self-driven transparent and agile mindset and the ability to inspire others through your own actions and attitude
• The ability for independent planning and decision-making
• Good interactive skills and fluent proficiency in English (and Finnish is a plus).
