We’re searching for an enthusiastic (Junior) AI Engineer who’s eager to make an impact by building and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll work with a vibrant team of forward-thinking professionals, diving into full stack development, cloud-native architectures, and next-generation Generative AI technologies — including Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI techniques. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, learn on the job, and help transform prototypes into production-ready systems while mastering modern data engineering and data management topics!

Your Mission:

• Collaborate with inspiring mentors and a collaborative team to design and implement end-to-end AI architectures that drive innovation
• Assist in training and fine-tuning exciting AI models from leading providers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Hugging Face, Claude, AWS, Google, Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft to name a few and that means hands-on AI Development
• Contribute to crafting scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs that bring AI-powered features to life on modern web and mobile apps, working side-by-side with creative UI/UX teams. If you have skills in RAG, Vector solutions (like GraphRAG), or Agentic frameworks, show us how you can push the boundaries
• You will learn to design and optimize data pipelines on top-notch cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high performance, robust data management, and seamless integration with SQL/NoSQL systems or Vector Stores
• Gain practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring our solutions are stable and production-ready
• Help set up comprehensive evaluation pipelines for LLMs, AI agents, or ML models to track performance, benchmark results, and ensure our AI systems are accurate, fair, and continuously improved.
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education & Experience: A fresh graduate or 0–2 years of practical experience in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Programming Passion: Strong coding skills in Python along with a basic understanding of full stack development practices
• AI/ML Curiosity: An eagerness to learn and work with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and explore emerging Gen AI technologies
• Cloud & Data Interest: A foundational understanding of cloud platforms and data engineering concepts, with a desire to build and manage efficient data pipelines
• Team Spirit & Communication: Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, with a collaborative mindset and a readiness to share ideas and learn from others.
